Working Location JiangXi Key Area of Responsibility: 1, Perform monitoring, inspection expediting accordance with production schedule an d CRD. 2, Monitor Incoming materials inspection before bulk production.( visual, compare with approved swatch an d confirmation samples) 3, Ensure all materials are pass lab test an d without potential Quality issue during bulk production. 4, Check an d review 1st production products with new style, new color ways , new materials in orders to make sure that products are within the Standard. 5, Random Inspection Or Calibrate CFA Inspected PO. 6, Inspection, labelling, an d packing finished goods prior to shipping. 7, Establish regular meeting with vendors to discuss quality an d progress for products improvements. 8, Monitor production closely an d provide technical support needed to make sure quality expectation are meet base on SPEC, SOP, without potentials Quality issue. 9, Communicating with the vendor effectively an d QA Teams to resolve any issue occurred in production. 10,Establish a good relationship with the Vendor (not for a personal reason) for easy, communication an d effective manner. 11, Report directly to key personnel any issue beyond control an d send accurate information. 12, Identify potential problem during production line inspection an d make a conclusion for improvements.
